Experienced ninjas required to join expanding Hoxton street family.
We were an award winning bar that is now transforming into a unique, evolving and wonderful restaurant. We are looking for a couple of experienced and enthusiastic Gals/guys to join the team and help us shape the direction of the venue!
Ideally you will have a big personality and be able to charm anyone on first encounter. You will also ideally:
- Have experience in informal but high end dining
- Be excellent at keeping track of multiple orders and all the intricacies required of each table, even better if you can make it look effortless
- Have a fascination for wine, spirits, vegetables, meats and a - curiosity for the more unusual varieties of each!
- Have a natural eye for detail and an appreciation of the little things
- A keen interest in sustainability is a bonus
- Fluent english is a must to help explain sometimes quite intricate ideas.
