The Chelsea Gardener is a well-established garden centre situated in the heart of Chelsea, London. The Houseplants department is one of our jewels and we are now recruiting a creative, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Houseplants Sales Assistant.

The requirements for this position are:

• Most importantly, you must love plants in general, have a particular interest in indoor plants, and a passion to learn and help customers.
• Be highly retail/sales orientated.
• Offer an excellent customer service (helpful, polite, patient, friendly, communicative, reliable and organised)
• Have good display and merchandising skills. Floristry background may help!
• Be focused, proactive and offer new initiatives to improve the service and business.
• Have excellent command of written and spoken English.

This is a full time permanent position. We offer a competitive salary depending upon experience and skills.
