Your responsibilities as a Housekeeping Trainer will include:To ensure that all training needs are identified, processed promptly and are undertaken at an appropriate time. Identify and seek out opportunities to help improve the performance and results achieved in the department and hotel through regular and a diverse range of Learning and Development Monitor and support the activities of the you:niversity Coaches for the Housekeeping department and the Housekeeping management and that the required 1 hour training per team member per week is achieved. We are looking for The ideal Housekeeping Trainer will:Plan regular departmental Learning and Development activity, ensuring that the right people receive the right training at the right time Deliver technical job skills / task training ‘on’ and ‘off’ the job to ensure all team members understand and are capable of consistently delivering the SOPs (Standards Operating Procedures) in their job roles Have previous experience in a high volume, high quality hospitality environment.-   Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion! We offer Our people mean the world to us, and we only recruit the best.
