HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR required for our client, a hotel located in the Bromley area. Possible temporary live in for relocation available.
As HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR candidates require previous hands on housekeeping / supervisory experience from within a hotel or similar. Assisting the Head Housekeeper, you will be supervising the housekeeping team, being responsible for the presentation and cleanliness of guest bedrooms and public areas ensuring excellent standards are delivered and maintained to ensure premier customer satisfaction is achieved. This role is also hands on and will require that you do also assist with the cleaning of bedrooms at times.
The role as HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR will require you to assist with Rota scheduling, cost control, linen control and quality to ensure your department runs smoothly.
You will assist in the training, motivating and developing your team. This role is offered on a full time basis working 5 days over 7 to include week-ends and you will need to be hands on.
The salary for HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR is given as iro £18,000 per annum. Possible temporary live in for relocation available.
