We are a London based property management company. We are currently looking for a new employee to join our team at our 4 star serviced apartment hotel. He/She will have the following tasks:
1. Supervising Housekeeping
2. Ensuring guests services are completed on time
3. Assisting management with all guest relations
4. Answering the phone
5. Dealing with post and invoices
6. Dealing with guests arrivals and departures
7. Other
Employee must have the following:
1. At least 1 years experience in similar role
2. Speak and write very good English
3. Good customer service
4. Be able to work as part of a team
5. Eligible to work in the UK
Salary
This role will start off on a minimum wage salary on a 3 month probation period. A salary increase as well as bonus structure will follow.
