Our Floor Supervisor will be an enthusiastic and unique individual. Being pro-active in your approach you will lead from the front, ensuring you get the very best from our team. You will be detailed orientated, motivated and driven in order to go above and beyond and deliver a warm and welcoming guest experience. The candidate will be in an existing position with a track record in similar sized hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and will be an exciting new step in your career.
The role involves the following (however not limited to):
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed
- Ensure the team is energetically trained to the department’s standards
- Must have the ability to lead, multi-task and make quick decisions
- Be courteous and discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
