Lovely family in Kensington looking for a part-time housekeeper/cook -- main duties are housekeeping; some cooking; and in the afternoons, helping the nanny with childcare.    We have a new baby boy and three older children, all under the age of five.  The parents both work full-time.
The main role is housekeeping our flat in Chelsea – 3 bedrooms.  Normal housekeeping duties; only a little bit of ironing.  The housekeeper will also need to do some cooking for the family and some light errands (dry cleaner, post office, etc.).
In the afternoons/evenings, she will help the nannies with the children – we have full-time nannies but the nanny needs help after school.  So the housekeeper needs to have experience with small children.  She will help with dinner, bathtime, and bedtime - and also do some school pickups.  The school is a 15 minute walk.
Mondays and Fridays 7:30-7:30pm and Sunday afternoons (time to be discussed).  We can negotiate the hours; but we definitely need Monday and Friday.  Ideally it is 30 hours per week.
We would like someone for the long-term; someone experienced and reliable who wants to become part of the family and work with us for many years.
All our employees have stayed for many years.
We will need to see good references.
