We are looking for a capable and experienced live-out full time housekeeper to manage a 6 Storey house in Chelsea, with the help of another cleaner (additional 17 hours a week). The requirements are a driving licence, European citizenship, fluent English. Additional requirements: previous housekeeping experience in 4-5 star hotel, cooking, dog loving, flexibility, extended stays in Italy (over 5-6 weeks).

The job is 7:15am to 6:15pm with one hour (unpaid) lunch break, monday to friday. Four weeks holidays, agreed with the employer. Salary: £500-550 net a week or £26,000-28,600 net per year, depending on experience and skills. The salary is negotiable only for exceptional candidates.

Job Description: Book cars for school runs; Get kids ready for school and prepare breakfast; School runs: bring the kids from home to 2 schools, leaving at 8:00 am with first drop off at 8:15 and second drop off at 8:30; dog walk: between 8:30 and 10 am, Battersea park; wash/dry dog if dirty or wet; feed dog; tend to the garden and the outdoor area (leaves, mowing, trimming plants, dog's fouls, sweeping, washing the stone areas and walls) on a regular basis and need-to-do basis (roughly 1-2 hours a day or 5 hours a week); dispose of waste daily; cleaning top three floors; cleaning lower ground floor - ad hoc basis, shared with other cleaners; laundry and ironing; managing wardrobes; Organise and look after children stuff (school uniforms, clothes, books); odd handy jobs (changing bulbs, fix/screw things, taking things to repair); run errands, like small food shops, dry cleaning, shoe resoling, organising birthday gifts, purchasing children school equipment and uniforms; take charge of fixing house problems and book subcontractors (electrician, plumber, Audio-visual engineer, Sky and so on); organise weekly food shops on line and delivery; Bring kids back from school between 3:30 and 5:30, depending on clubs or take them to afternoon activities (karate; judo; tennis); regular and occasional babysitting/dogsitting: baby sitting, paid extra on regular nights and on ad hoc basis, is required and expected even on short notice; cook lunch/dinner for kids/family; initiate and suggest menus for the week; required travelling to Europe 2 to 3 times a year for extended periods of time, especially in the summer; occasional cooking and helping for dinner parties; occasional sole babysitting during week ends; communicate and coordinate schedule of other cleaners, dog walker, dog sitter, gardener, others; keep house organised and tidy, especially kitchen, utility room and playroom; buying and changing flowers.
