1- Mission :
As Housekeeper, you will be responsible for all general housekeeper and laundry duties, ensuring all assigned areas are kept at the highest cleaning standard and all tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner.
Your mission is to maintain an impeccable appearance in the property at all time. You should ensure that the many expensive materials, possessions and artwork in the property are properly taken care of and that the entire home is cleaned in the most efficient and effective manner. You should know what supplies, products, and equipment should be used and care for fine linens, marble, silver and other valuable materials.
You will also be responsible for some administrative duties including sending documents for information (scan of post received in the property), quotes for approval and invoices for payment, and filling reporting frames.
You will be required to do the necessary shopping for the house to be ready for guests and to prepare from time to time breakfasts and simple food and serve food and might be requested from time to time to stay overnight while Clients are travelling.
When a reception is to be organized, your help will be required and you will participate to the purchase of necessary supplies, preparation of food if assistance is required, cleaning etc.
2- Resonsabilities
You will complete the duties as assigned in your scope of responsibilities:
Domestic tasks: washing, dusting, polishing, weeping,…;
Laundry tasks: sorting, load and unload washing machine, ironing and pressing,…;
Run errands when necessary for meal preparation;
Administrative tasks;
The list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may be flexible depending on the Clients requests.
You will maintain a high level of confidentiality.
