A welcoming opportunity to join a small, creative company based in Central London.
IAC specialises in art and consultancy services, and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Housekeeper, who is both organised and reliable, with a great work ethic.
The role comprises of delivering an immaculate cleaning service twice a week in an elegant and traditional private office based in Belgravia, situated over 5 floors and inclusive of a residential apartment, ground floor gallery, garden patio and basement office, situated over 5 floors.
We request a professional, capable and attentive individual that can commit to our requirements in a timely and sophisticated manner and be highly detail orientated to follow the carefully planned procedures when cleaning the office, in particular to the delicacy of artworks displayed in our gallery.
The residential apartment is often occupied by guests and therefore requires a hospitable touch in relation to preparing for forthcoming visits as and when required.
The company actively encourages Housekeeping to take their own initative and liaise with our Office Administrator within all related aspects such as Window and Carpet Cleaning, General Waste and Recycling, replenishment of Refreshments, Cleaning Products and Health and Safety.
The ideal applicant will already be experienced in working within a similar environment. The position also requires excellent and open communication skills with due diligence whislt clients are present in the office.
Introductory training and full details of the cleaning procedures will be provided.
Salary range: Starting at: £13 per hour + (depending on experience).
