Housekeeper / driver                       circa £30,000 p.a.
Belgravia Staffing are currently looking for a live-out highly experienced housekeeper / driver to manage a newly renovated property near Lincoln's Inn Fields. The successful candidate would need to fully understand the complicated household including systems involved in a large newly fitted house: electrics, security, door, lift, telephones, internet, plumbing, air conditioning/heating.
The job would entail:
Shopping - household goods and food
Keep expenses recorded and manage budgets.
Basic cleaning and laundry, managing a cleaner, and do basic gardening.
Organisation of tasks: booking handymen, plumbers, make restaurant bookings.
5 Days a week, 9am-5pm.
Confident London Driver.
Basic cooking is a bonus but not essential.
The tenants are a married couple with two children in their twenties who won't be living in the house, they are looking to get a dog.
The salary will be competitive and decided on an individual basis depending on the amount of experience.
