HOUSEKEEPER-COOK
Full time 10-7 Monday to Friday (2 mornings start 08.30, you can come later the following day)
We are looking for an experienced housekeeper who can take over the running of our household with independency and flexibility. We are a family of five with 3 boys under 13. It is a large property with 4 permanently used bedrooms.
You will be responsible for the daily cleaning, laundry, wardrobe management and family cooking. You will also water plants on balconies and keep outside areas/porch clean. You are best suited when you have an eye for detail and have pride in keeping our beautiful home to a very high standard.
The general daily hours are 10-7pm, except Monday and Thursday where you start at 8:30 to take our youngest to his close by school. You can start later the following day. We ask you to be flexible for evening babysitting (weekdays and weekends). Any outside hours will be paid extra.
We love fresh family cooking, have a file of various recipes but encourage to try new recipes. You will plan menus weekly, keep stock of the pantry and do online as well as fresh food shopping in the neighbourhood.
We don’t need you to accompany us on holidays and are happy to grant you a much bigger holiday allowance during our absence than what is usual.
We will arrange a handover period with our current, much loved housekeeper who highly recommends this post :-).
Salary £525 - 550 net per week.
