Job Title: Housekeeping and Laundry Attendant
The Company:
The South Kensington Club is a 25,000 sq ft exclusive members only club dedicated to fitness, wellbeing, social and culture with opening hours from 6:30am to midnight. The club’s offering a mediterranean restaurant serving healthy cuisine, comfortable member’s sitting room, a voyagers club (organising expeditions), a state-of-the-art equipped gym, Turkish Hammam, Russian Banyas, a watsu pool, treatment rooms, concierge service and more. 
The Role:
To provide a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities Include: 
• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the members club as well as back of house.
• You will work as part of a team and make sure that an enjoyable environment is maintained.
• You will perform all housekeeping duties in an efficient manner, and to the highest standards.
• Adhere to the SKC Health and Safety and duty of care procedures to all areas within your department.
• Complete the relevant daily, weekly and monthly tasks as directed.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company dress code.
• Ensure that personal KPI’s are achieved.
• To carry out any other duties as may be required by your Housekeeping Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel/ restaurant
• 1 year of working as a cleaner
• Reliable and dependable in performing duties
• Customer Service centric
• The desire to succeed, through drive and commitment to high levels of customer service, and product and service offerings
• The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively at all levels
• A good team ethos is important, along with the ability to support team members and colleagues
