The Jolly Fine Pub Group is an award-winning business run by chef Paul Merrett. We have 3 Gastro pubs:
The Victoria in East Sheen SW14
The Malt House in Fulham SW6
The Fox and Grapes in Wimbledon SW19.
We are looking to recruit chef de parties at The Malthouse.
We will be offering £10 per hour
Up to 50 hours per week available during busy periods.
In house kitchen management training programs.

The qualities we look for in a potential Chef de Partie:
Minimum of 3 years working in high quality establishments Excellent knowledge of food.
A passion for the restaurant industry and a knowledge of latest trends and styles.
A working knowledge of English language
Be friendly, outgoing, ambitious and energetic Have a professional attitude to your job and career Be legally eligible to work full time in the UK Be looking for a permanent job for at least 1 year Enjoy training and learning new skills.
Minimum level 2 food handlers certification.
The key responsibilities will include: To run any section in the kitchen as required.
To assist in the training and development of more inexperienced team members.
To prepare food as directed by senior chefs.
To use recipes accurately
To maintain a clean and organised section.
To write a full and comprehensive daily job list.
