We are looking for someone with excellent spoken and written English for this role with 'can do' approach to your work, a willingness to learn with a sense of humour! We are an independent Estate and Lettings Agent offering a high standard of service to all our clients.

We require an individual with a happy smile, maturity and a 'can do' attitude. experience with Excel, office administration.
You will be required to perform the following after training and ongoing support:
Reception duties
Ensuring a high level of customer service and hospitality at all times.
Obtaining references, drawing up contracts and relevant paperwork.
Arranging Property Inspections and Gas Safety Inspections.
Dealing with clients by telephone and in person.
Dealing with enquiries from clients and responding with follow up to queries or property management issues.
Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and enquiries.
Following up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
Maintaining database of customer contacts.
Collecting information about a property and arranging for photographs to be taken.
Scheduling appointments after pre-qualifying applicants (after training)
Entering data into applications, maintaining databases of Annual Certificates required.
Supervising field staff- contractors etc (after training)
Handling paperwork
Drafting invoices and receipts
Occasionally visiting a property with a senior member of staff.
Mon -Fri 9.30 - 2pm
Working alternate Saturdays 10am-2.30pm
28 Days (pro Rata) per annum annual leave.
