Hotel Reservation Executive Required

Premium Tours Ltd is an inbound sightseeing tour operator based in Chiswick. Over the last 5 years we have been developing our Hotel division and now require 2 Full Time Hotel Reservations Executives to be part of our growing team.
The role will involve:
Processing reservations from domestic and international agents via email and internal systems
Answering queries via telephone and email
Handling reservations for tours which are associated with hotel reservations
Assistance with group check in at hotels where required
General reservations work in other departments will also be involved in the busy periods
To apply for this position you must possess the following:
Educated to either BA degree or high A level standard
Great attention to detail
Fluent English – written and spoken
Punctuality, honesty and reliability
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Good customer service skills
Flexibility where needed
Previous experience is not necessary as we will train you to use our bespoke reservations systems so a willingness to learn is vital
The position is a permanent position however there will be a 5 month probationary period. After probation if we feel you may work better in a different department a transfer may be offered.
Office hours are 0900 – 1800 November to May and 0900 – 1700 June through October.
Working week is Monday through Friday. We do not work on Bank Holidays or weekends
Holiday allowance is 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays
Pay is £8.50/hour.
