Hazlitt’s Hotel’s, we own and operate 3 family run boutique properties in central London delivering the highest standards of accommodation and service. We are now recruiting for an Hotel Receptionist at Batty Langley’s, an award winning 29 bedroom property in Spitalfields.
You must demonstrate a genuine passion for service, dedication to your work and the desire to go the extra distance to ensure that standards are maintained and wherever possible guest’s expectations are surpassed.
Tasks include;
Check in and check out of guests
Receiving and processing room reservations
Cashier duties
Reservations audits
Switchboard
Dealing with guest requests, queries and special requirements
If you have a cheerful disposition, pride in your appearance and are well organised and happy to turn your hand to a broad range of tasks, this role would suit you.
experience is preferred. Full training will be provided.
Working hours are 5 days out of 7, 37.5 hours per week. Tuesday to Friday between 1pm and 9pm and on Saturday between 9am and 5pm.
