Henley House is a small boutique hotel in Earls Court, refurbished to a high standard.
We currently have a vacancy for an Hotel Receptionist , to work 3 day shifts per week (Friday/Saturday/Sunday 07.30-16.00) and to cover for staff holidays as and when necessary. The position is permanent and has a competitive salary.
Being a small hotel, we require the applicant to be responsible person, capable of working without supervision and be able to deal with a wide range of matters including bookings/switchboard/PDQ/computer/emails/handling guests and complaints/ selling rooms/room management programs/ fire alarm, lift and evacuation.
experience is preferred but we are willing to consider applicants without. A good command of English (oral and written) is essential.
You should have a friendly personality, a professional demeanour, have attention for detail, be organised and methodical,  and have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards providing excellent customer service.
