The ideal candidate must have a passion for the hotel industry and ideally possesses the following characteristics:

- willing to go the extra mile
- able to communicate
- demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- follow company brand standards
Previous hotel or customer service experience is desired but not essential for some of our partner hotels.
