We are currently looking for experienced Hotel Linen Porter that have worked with 4 and 5 star Hotels.

Immediate start.
Responsibility:
As a Linen Porter , you are responsible for counting, distributing linen ,deliver excellent guest experience. You would also be required to manage guest requests. As a linen porter you are confident and enjoy supporting the team to ensure the guest experience throughout the stay
Duties :
- Places linen and Towels to the cages for transport to laundry
- Sort`s items and counts and records number of items soiled
- Examines laundered items to ensure cleanliness and service ability
- Store laundered linen and on shelves after verifying numbers and types of articles.
- Issues linen and Towels which are both to be exchanges on a clean-for- soiled basis only.
- Inventories of linen and uniform
- you need to ensure that the linen and uniforms are neatly and systematically arranged and stacked.
- You will need to double check conditions of all linen and Towels, records all outgoing and incoming from laundry thoroughly before storing and issuing.
- Managing guest request in timely and efficiently manners
- Performs all the duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manners
- Change and replenish bed linen , Towels and guest amenities in linen with company guidelines
- Be environmentally aware
- Work flexible hours in accordance with he department Rota.
Skills;
- Previous experience is required
- Excellent communications skills
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Ability to work under Presser
- You need to be able to pay attention to details

- Excellent grooming standard
- You need to be trusted and respected by both customer and peers
- You need to be highly motivated
