Blueprint Living Apartmentsis currently seeking a full time Porter to join our team for the opening of our 4*Apart Hotel, Rockwell East in Aldgate.
Main duties:
-Distributing keys and messages, communicate with guests on matters related to their stay.
-Assist guests with luggage and other bags/personal effects.
-Deal with all customer enquiries, answer phones.
-Keep the public area of the hotel clean and when needed assist the housekeeping team in keeping the hotel in an acceptable and respectable state.
- Deal with critical or special situations arising in the hotel, e.g. Guest ill health, and liaise with emergency services when they are in attendance.
- Morning, afternoon and night shifts required.
- Full time contract , 48 h per week, holiday pay ,training provided.
