The Rockwell Hotel (4*) is currently recruiting a Hotel Porter to join our team. Location Central London, Earl's Court,40 rooms Boutique Hotel.
Full time contract , 48 h per week, holiday pay ,training provided.
Main duties:
-Distributing keys and messages, communicate with guests on matters related to their stay-
Assist guests with luggage and other bags/personal effects.
- Deal with all customer enquiries, answer phones.
- Keep the public area of the hotel clean and when needed assist the housekeeping team in keeping the hotel in an acceptable and respectable state.
- Deal with critical or special situations arising in the hotel, e.g. Guest ill health, and liaise with emergency services when they are in attendance.
