We are Seeking "Hotel Porter" to work in our prime venue which is located in the heart of Shepherds Bush. The Hotel is just a door steps from Shepherds Bush Station. This is a high standard boutique hotel which has an abundance of beauty and history. This position is available for two days a week on permanent basis.
Responsibilities:

To give a warm and polite welcome to our guest.
Carry guest luggage and other belonging with care at the time of Check-in and Tag those belongings and issue customer identification slips.
To ensure the guest are fully aware about rooms and other hotel facilities.
Arrange Cab Services for guests and drop departing guest luggage to the cab.
Maintain high standard of cleanliness, personal appearance and other safety protocol.
To ensure in the event of evacuation the guests leaves the premise safely without putting yourself in danger.
Maintain the daily diary about any incident and important tasks.
Manual Handling - capable of lifting and carrying heavy loads if necessary.
Cleaning pubic area (Reception, Corridor, and entrance)
Assists reception and housekeeping staff as required.

Skills Required:

- Excellent customer care skills.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
- Excellent team player
- Be able to work on your own initiative and be highly motivated.
- Be able to cope well under pressure
- Essentially, at least 6 months experience in a similar role is required but not necessary. However, the initial Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Note: The Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
