We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team in a stunning four star Hotel in Richmond.
Experienced and motivated CDP who will work very close with the Head chef to develop inspiring menus. You will have freedom of suggesting and developing new recipes, where creativity is a must.
You need to be able to manage and work with junior chefs in the brigade, giving advice and support, as well of running and controlling the section by yourself. Knowledge in molecular gastronomy is as plus but not essential.
Minimum of Level 2 in Food Safety catering.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fine dining restaurant.
