Hotel Meeting Vacancy in London

A great opportunity for an ambitious, passionate and customer focused individual to work at one of the most exciting hotel groups in the world.
Duties will include the following:
- Complete final breakdown of function, by cleaning the room, and cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location.
- Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, locking doors, breaking down goods, etc.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
- Transport dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as- you-go procedures.
- Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals.
You should be able to:
- Work in fast paced environment
- Have an exceptional attention to details
- Be pro-active, hard working and reliable
- Be flexible regarding shifts
- Ensure your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Be confident
- And have previous banquet experience in 5 star/luxury market.
