We are looking for a Hotel Manager at Sydney House Chelsea to lead our small but passionate team in Chelsea, reporting into our Regional General Manager who is based in the Cotswolds.
The role would suit an experienced and ambitious HOD in a larger hotel or an existing Operations or Deputy Manager.
The role requirements are to:
Provide day to day hands on leadership in all areas of the operation.
Ensure that overall sales and revenue targets meet budgeted targets agreed.
Develop and lead the people culture of the property with engaging and committed communication, ensuring that all the team are committed to exceeding guest expectations and enhancing the guest journey at every opportunity.
Report into the Regional General Manager, who will offer guidance, support and development for you.
Have a good all round knowledge of reception, housekeeping and managing a dedicated quality-led breakfast offering.
Be passionate about developing their career further within our collection.
