Hotel Credit ManagerAs a Park Plaza Hotel Credit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function within the hotel including a sales ledger assistant. Main tasks and responsibilities Manage day to day sales ledger invoices Timely collection of outstanding balances Manage credit meeting with key managers Administer credit processes and policies for other departments in the hotel Administer credit processes and policies for other departments in the hotel Build effective working relationships with internal and external customers Ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various accounts Manage all account queries and disputes Follow up on all overdue accounts and send to debt collectors, as required Manage and develop the Sales ledger clerk Prepare month end reports, including hotel commissions report Ensure all posting master accounts are checked out in a timely manner and followed up accordingly Park Plaza isn’t just a great place to work - it’s a great place to take your career to the next level!
