We are looking for a part time Hotel Booking and Events Administrator to come and join our small team in Wimbledon. The position involves juggling masses of hotel bookings, venue finding, supplier sourcing, event management, client interaction and support, some Director PA duties and of course all the admin and organisation which goes with all this!
What we need from you:
Excellent communication skills, with faultless spoken and written English.
Incredible attention to detail and able to work to high degree of accuracy- contracts and booking confirmations can’t ever be wrong!
Ability to multi-task seamlessly-you will often be juggling multiple clients’ requirements, events and reservations.
Deadline aware and able to time prioritise when everyone needs things NOW.
Strong organisational and administrative skills and able to follow through a task from start to finish.
Positive attitude and ability thrive under pressure when it’s super busy.
Responsible and able to deal with a position of responsibility- you will be responsible for client’s expectations and be in direct control of delivering these.
Ideally some travel / event industry experience, but not essential.

Option to work from home for a number of days per week (after initial training period)
Competitive basic salary of around £20-24K.
