Duties will include the following:
- Mix beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, Bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits.
- Use the knowledge and expertise to make the bar look and function flawlessly.
- Take beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serve drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail.
- Satisfy requests in a timely manner.
- Assess guests’ preferences and make drink recommendations.
- Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with them.
- Collect money for drinks served and provide change as needed.
- Keep a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, Straws, glassware, and other accessories.
- Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
- Slice, pit and prepare fruit garnishes for drinks.
- Prepare and serve appetizers, snacks, or other food items for guests at the bar.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Build the relationship with the hotel team to deliver on guests’ needs.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests and #39; service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals.
