Signature London a boutique hotel is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join the team. As a Receptionist, you will provide exceptional services for guests to contribute to an overall special experience from check-in through to check-out. As the ambassador of the company, you will be the first point of contact for our guests’ and therefore should be able to perform of all following tasks to the highest standards:
Main Duties and Responsibility
Greeting customers promptly in a courteous and friendly manner at all times.
Build good relationships with regular accommodation bookers.
Arrange fulfilment of customer services by working closely with all department within the hotel.
Allocate rooms and issue appropriate keys.
Ensure that any updated or special notes/requests for the guests are saved in their profile field for future reference.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel, and effectively assist the hotel’s guests.
The ideal candidate for this position should be:
Standards driven and detail-orientated
To have the ability to multi-task
A good command of the English language
Be flexible with regards to working patterns.
An Excellent self-presentation skills
Previous experience within the hospitality industry.
Shifts : Shifts are organised according to a Rota, normally working 3 days/nights out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are mainly organised throughout the 24 hours of the day although this can vary.
Salary: Competitive.
