We serve sushi, sashimi, tempura, katsu's , tataki,.
We are looking for a passionate , competent chef to join our expanding team. You will have love of cooking , take pride in what you produce and will be interested in growing with us.
You will need:
-2 years relevant experience, not necessarily in Japanese cooking
- good knife skills
- attention to detail
- ability to keep a clean section whilst under pressure
- level 2
- timekeeping
- a passion for food
