Busser
Your role is to work along side the servers in order to provide an exceptional standard of service to all of our guests. It is your job to ensure they receive the prompt, friendly, efficient service they are accustomed to, whether that is on a steady Tuesday afternoon or a hectic Saturday night.
Although the role does not always require you to interact directly with the guests, you play a vital part in the smooth running of the restaurant and therefore the success of our business.
As a Busser, you are on the front line and consequently you will be on your feet for long periods of time. You will also be required to lift items of moderate weight eg. Bins, chairs etc.
experience is not essential as successful candidates will undertake a training program which will bring you up to speed with the way we do things. You will be required to learn and understand all of our food and drink menus and get on board with the company culture. (We will help you every step of the way).
Host
As a Host in our team you will be responsible for ensuring our guests are greeted and accommodated in a professional and friendly manner. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate well with guests from all walks of life. You should be computer literate (or not afraid of learning) and be flexible in your approach to your work.
Successful candidates will undertake an intensive training program which will bring you up to speed with the way we do things. You will be required to learn and understand all of our food and drink menus and get on board with the company culture. (We will help you every step of the way)
