Part-time hostel receptionist is needed for IMMEDIATE START! We are a family-run hostel located in central London, in the heart of theatreland, on the Strand.
Responsibilities include processing reservations, checking in/out guests, taking payments and handling customer requests.
• Shifts needed:
Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Tuesday: 5pm-11pm
Thursday: 5pm - 11pm
If 11pm is too late, there is a possibility to leave earlier. There is also a possibility to get more hours (up to 35 hours maximum, but most of these will be evening shifts).
• Wages paid weekly
• Staff lunch included for day shifts
Ideal candidate should:
• have excellent English written and verbal skills
• have IT knowledge
• Customer service experience is essential, preferably in hospitality
• have right to work in UK
• can work by themselves
• knowledge of other foreign languages is a bonus, although not essential
• be self-motivated and reliable
• be enthusiastic and passionate
• be able to deal with customer enquiries with confidence
