We are looking for an experienced PT Night Shift Receptionist to provide and deliver an excellent customer service to our guests.
The hour consists up to 32 hour/week or 3-4 shifts/week. Starting at 11pm-7am. Monday-Sunday (Rota). Must be Flexible and willing to work extra hours when required. Holiday entitlement, Pension Scheme, Contract of employment.
The job is very much hands on. Required a flexibility and minimum of supervision as and when required.
The main areas of responsibility will include; check-in of late arrivals, dealing with the guest reservation, dealing with cash and card payments, carry out some cleaning duties as well as preparing the guest Towels.
Maintain and oversee the Lobby/Reception area within the Hostel to ensure that it is welcoming, clean and tidy.
Maintain an accurate and up to date handover sheets to the next morning shift.
Maintain a security presence of the building during your shifts, ensuring that the hostel is a safe and secure environment for the Hostel guests.
Excellent Communication Skills- both verbal and written,  an eye for details, friendly and professional manner.
Able to respond effectively under pressure and work on own initiative.
The training is provided.
