As a Host you will be the brand ambassador for Carluccio's; you will thrive managing guests expectations and going above and beyond for each of them.

The role
- Inviting guests into our fantastic restaurant
- Managing a busy reservations diary
- Dealing with customer queries and reservation requests
- Ensuring we give all our guests the opportunity to dine with us by turning tables like
a pro
- Communicating effectively with the management and floor team on shift
- Creating a great atmosphere for our guests whether at the table, in the queue or waiting at the bar
- Time Management
- Love working to targets and helping the business achieve its goals
***Previous experience is advantageous but training will be given***
