Our internationally acclaimed Taiwanese Brand Din Tai Fung will be opening our inaugural restaurant in the UK in London in 2022, and we are looking for talented individuals join us in launching this amazing restaurant.
As a Host, you will join a dedicated team of F and B professionals, serving up world famous Taiwanese signatures.
Job Responsibilities:

Is accountable to all superiors for the smooth running of the section/area designated.
Adhere to the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the superiors.
Achieve good work performance and turnout.
Welcoming guests
Managing the queue and waiting list
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
Attend all training assigned
Attend all pre-service meeting/roll call
Provide a courteous and professional best-in-class service at all times.

Educational Qualification/ experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:

Previous experience as a host/ receptionist is desirable.

Personal Attributes:

Able to work in a fast paced environment
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin is a bonus.
Presentable and well groomed
People-oriented
Independent and a team player

Able to work under pressure
Good communication skills
Passionate about driving sales
