A bit about us
Grind is a group of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee Shops with unique character and we’re growing fast! We now have 9 amazing sites across Central and East London, each smashing out coffee, cocktails and food day to night, and last year we opened our own roastery and training lab in Shoreditch. The atmosphere in Grind is fast-paced and vibrant, with strong emphasis on quality and always the best service. Your role
As the host / reception lead you will support the management team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant. You'll be managing the bookings through email and phone, maximising the restaurant space, supporting the floor team to give the smoothest customer experience possible, be the one to ensure our guests have a fantastic time and be the constant face of energy and passion on the floor! We're looking for someone with at least one year of experience in a similar role, and with experience of working on a busy restaurant floor.
