We are an Italian restaurant based just off London's Leicester Square and we are currently looking for someone to host and bring customers into the venue. You will need to have a great personality and be a keen sales person.
Your job will be to stand outside the venue and try to attract the passing trade to the venue and then sell them on the menu so that they come in a sample our excellent food. We already have fantastic reviews and so we need the right front end person to draw people in.
Knowledge of a number of languages including English and Italian would be a distinct advantage as many tourists walk past the venue on a daily basis.
You must also be able to handle the pressure of many customers looking at the menu at once - and also the stiff competition from other hosts working in the neighbouring restaurants.
