If the staff behind our bar are the hosts of the party, then your role as Host/Hostess is to oversee the action and help then be the Best Host's they can - keeping the energy high, the business flowing and the guests happy.
You’ll play a crucial part of the business -  you can only make a first impression once and as the Host or Hostess of the business it will be your making that impression. In return there will be lots of benefits;

Being the Host or Hostess can be tough, but it’s also great fun and very rewarding. You will need to have your eye on the ball at all times and organisation will be key to the success in this role.
