To ensure the standards of cleanliness of the dining rooms and meeting rooms area are of a very high standard at all times.
To be customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
To ensure all food is presented and served in line with company standards.
To have a good understanding of food, wine and menu terminology and to be able to advice clients if required as to the cooking methods of specific dishes.
Steady employment record to date. Customer service experience. Ability to communicate in basic written and spoken English. Good organisational skills. Manual dexterity for quick, skilful handwork.
