A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Sous Chef to join this national contract caterer at one of their high profile sites in the City.
The site provides a comprehensive catering offer and we are looking for a Sous Chef to join their hospitality kitchen.

The hospitality kitchen caters for everything from canape functions to bowl food to buffets, working lunches and occasional plated dining. The hospitality kitchen team is comprised of 4 and the Sous Chef will be an integral member of the team.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Head Chef to create menus.
- Oversee the junior members of the team
- Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence.
- Maintain all Health and Safety standards.

The role would suit experienced Sous Chefs looking for a new challenge or Sr CDP's/Jr Sous's looking for a step up in their careers.

Salary: £30k
Hours: M-F, 7am - 4pm with occasional evening functions.
