Hospitality Sous Chef Required

FHG are working with a blue chip client in the City to recruit a Sous Chef to oversee their hospitality kitchen.

The site has various catering offers from a newly refurbished staff restaurant catering for 1000 covers daily to an a la Carte Italian Tratorria to very high end hospitality.

The Hospitality Sous Chef will oversee the day to day running of the hospitality kitchen managing a team of 2 chefs, they will also oversee the banqueting kitchen with a further team of 3 chefs. The hospitality kitchen provides an a la Carte fine dining service to clients and also caters for canape and buffet functions as well as BBQ functions in the summer.
The Hospitality Sous Chef will have creative licence to write their own menus in line with brand standards and bring flair and innovation to the role.

We are looking for a Sous Chef with an outstanding pedigree in top quality establishments to Michelin star standards with strong communication and organisational skills.

Salary: £35k
