Duties would include:

·         Account managing clients – of both existing and new.

·         Job advertising and candidate attraction.

·         Interviewing, assessing and delivering inductions.

·         General administration in line with company policies and government legislation.

·         Developing your business with the partnership approach, in line with your own and our shared values.

·         Placing the right people in the right jobs.

Please note you must have either at least 1 years’ experience working as a Recruitment Consultant, and some relevant hospitality experience, or 2 years hospitality management experience that would involve some elements of staff recruitment. We need you to understand the industry we are in.
