You would be working for Levy Restaurants UK, the market leading in the sport, leisure, arena, conference centre and hospitality sectors. Our recipe for success is to put our customers first and never to compromise with our food and drink.
We are looking for a passionate, energetic and committed Suite Attendant to join our team at the O2 arena and be part of the most exciting music, entertainment and sport destination in the world.
You will be placed on our Suite Level; two exclusive floors of 96 premium boxes where guest are able to enjoy a mixture of food and beverage throughout the show!
You will consistently deliver ‘Heartfelt Hospitality’ and live the Levy Difference to exceed guest expectations and by ‘Winning One Customer At A Time’.
Job Overview:
• Assist with suite lay-up and preparation
• To have knowledge of correct food service and food item accompaniments
• To serve and clear food and drinks to the clients in a professional manner
• To operate pre ordered food and beverage accounts and use of PDQ equipment
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks asked of you from within your team
What we are looking for:
• experience in a hospitality environment desirable
• Nice and approachable with good interpersonal skills
• Engaging, enthusiastic and motivated
• Is punctual, reliable and presentable
• Always able to exceed guest expectations
• Must have a ‘Can Do’ attitude
