We are currently looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team in the City of London.
The role duties include -
-Delivering a high standard of service in a corporate environment, including breakfast, lunch and evening service, as part of a team.
-Must be able to work evenings/overtime when required
-In house accounting policies are adhered to and checked. This includes, recording of all consumption and stock control (food, beverage, equipment hire and laundry)
-To make sure company high standards are adhered to at all times.
-Attend training as required and have a positive and friendly attitude.
-Be confident and deal with any issues in a professional manner while on duty.
-Food safety, health and safety and COSHH certificates are required.
-An excellent level of English is required, spoken and written, as well as ability to communicate at all levels of the business, clients, customers, suppliers as well as colleagues and management team.
-The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail along with experience in fine dining in a corporate environment (canapes functions, dinners)
-Must have knowledge and passion for food (written test)
- Ability to multi task and well organised
We are offering an excellent benefit package
This is a Monday to Friday position working in shifts, with occasional overtime.
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK - a Passport is required as per Home Office guidelines
