Performing a variety of tasks associated with food production and service in the catering unit You will look after the delivery, collection and presentation of the hospitality service, ensuring that the client receives the highest possible standard of hospitality Ensuring the standards of cleanliness of the meeting rooms are of a very high standard at all times.To ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded The ability to work under your own initiative, plan and organise your workload ensuring health and safety and food safety standards are adhered to* To ensure that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety, Employment Law, and Food Safety Law for all staff, visitors and customers* To take responsibility for all food counters and drink serving areas.* To use till systems and ensure cash handing procedures are adhered to.* Cleaning of food counters.
