Hopscotch is a dining room and drinking den on Brick Lane. We're a dining room upstairs and a twinkling late night drinking den downstairs.
We think that the time people spend in restaurants and bars is really important to them: it’s the third space between someone’s poky London flat and their boring office job, and we owe it to our customers to make sure they have a great time every time they come in.
So Hopscotch is about forgetting the wanky bits and focusing on getting the important stuff right: great music, great food, great drinks and great service. We can't do any of that without great people and so we're looking for exceptional cocktail bartenders to join the team and start immediately.
We're after positive people who have a commitment to excellence and who truly like people. We're obsessed with excellence and you need to be too. We need people who know how to make cocktails, so please don't apply if you just have pub experience.
We pay the right people really well (up to £12.50 per hour), and would love to meet you for a coffee, whatever your level of experience.
