Masala Zones are recruiting a customer service professional to join our home delivery team as an order taker
Based at our Earls Court restaurant, this is a part-time position of 3 - 4 evenings per week.

Masala Zone is a stylish and informal restaurant group, part of the highly successful London restaurant company MW Eat, all of whose restaurants have received considerable acclaim. We operate six restaurants across central London, offering enjoyable, memorable dining experiences – delicious Indian cuisine, exciting interiors and stylish hospitality.
The Order Taker Position
- Provide warm and friendly service to our customers placing a food order
- Communicate with Home Delivery Drivers to ensure professional delivery
- To ensure the highest standards of service both in speed and quality
- Basic IT management of the Home Delivery system
- Reporting all customer and technical issues to the manager
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent communication and customers service skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to communicate via telephone and to be able to give a clear instructions
- Ability to handle complaints confidently
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
