"Permanent, live-out and Long term Role in W6 area of London"
-This is a private work and not an agency work.
- We can offer an exceptional pay because as a private work (for the support needs of one individual) we do not have to pay commission to an agency, so all the available fund is passed on to the support workers. Ideally we are looking for an immediate start.
There are two shifts available:
A) 3pm to 9pm (evening shift)
B) 9pm to 9am (overnight shift)
- A sociable and friendly young lady with autism requires a "non-smoker", outgoing, energetic and caring "Female" Support Worker with hands on experience in learning difficulties and/or autism to complete her team of support workers.
- This is a private work and a "live-out" position to offer 1:1 support to a young lady with autism, who enjoys swimming and dancing amongst many other sports and interests.
- Apart from direct participation in the activities, you are expected to assist with other aspects of independent living and personal care. This role would suite individuals who are proactive in enabling this young lady to lead a normal life and continue being included in her community and take part in her evening activities.
For the EVENING shifts, the work is partly based at home but without exception few hours every evening you would assist your client to attend her evening activities, swimming and classes. You would need to be confident Swimmer and enjoy swimming on regular basis since the young lady is an able Swimmer and you would need to join her at the deep end of the pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi.
For the OVERNIGHT shift, you do not require to be a good Swimmer but should have experience in offering overnight support.
You would need to:
• Provide an up to date and enhanced DBS .
• Good command of English language and have long term permission to work in UK.
• Previous experience supporting learning difficulties and/or autism ; training around the young lady's needs would be provided.

Salary: £15 hr for the evening shift and a fixed overnight rate.
