We are looking to recruit an experienced, self-motivated and high achiever Tele-Appointer to join our busy and results driven team. HOME-BASED – FLEXI-HOURS.
Massive earning potential for the right candidate. The purpose of the role is to generate interest and book high quality appointments for the online demo team targeting business owners (SMEs) interested in Epos (Till)systems.
Responsibilities will include:

Secure high quality appointments for the online demo team by identifying the customer’s needs and requirements.
Provide a specific approach to the Merchant and based on the conversation around what the appointment is booked for.
All quality appointments booked to have the aim to convert into a sale. You will also be paid a commission on new business generated, so massive scope here to be a high earner.
Input all valuable information in the System regarding the customer by capturing Competitor details, Contract End Dates, ( and Rates where possible) when scheduling the appointment.
Use excellent telephone and communication skills, with clarity and confidence.
Maintain a fully professional attitude at all times with customers and colleagues.

You must possess the confidence with excellent communication skills which are essential alongside being self-motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious.
